Hourly rate - $85.00 (unplanned, emergency work)
Project rate - $75.00 (planned work such as designing/building your website, quoted in advance or normal maintenance that is not urgent)

Web Hosting
Package 1 - 50 MB, up to 20 pop email accounts, free domain name registration - $10 a month.
Package 2 - 100 MB, up to 50 pop email accounts, free domain name registration - $25 a month.

Graphic Design
Graphic design is billed at our project rate. Contact us to schedule an assessment and we will prepare an estimate for you.

Computer Training
Computer training is scheduled in days and half-days at a rate of $100 per hour.

Terms
After our first planning meeting, we will present you with an estimated quote. Upon acceptance, 50% of the total is due. We will upload your web pages to our server when it is complete. You will then have the opportunity to inspect each web page. At this time the remainder 50% is due. We will then upload your web site to the server of your choice. Minimal requests for changes will not be assessed.

Invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month, and payment is due upon receipt. Three Cords will issue a reminder on the 20th of the month, and will extend a five-day grace period until the 25th of the same month. On the 25th, a late fee of $50 is incurred. Late fees are assessed according to the postal mark, not the date of the check or when the check is received by Three Cords. Accounts with bills outstanding for more than 45 days will have their websites temporarily suspended until full payments are received. Suspension means removing the site from the server so that it is inaccessible. Once payment is received by Three Cords there will be a reinstatement fee of $50. Thank you for your cooperation.
